Data or by the british government in 2001 stated that nearly half of teachers who work in public
schools run by state ( public schools, force to take the of leave or permission work for four or more
weeks because weariness or illness because work .Added again is predicted there are more than
5000 teachers who asked pension every year because health problems and fatigue .This sharp
increase from data formerly in 1990 where there is only 2000 of teachers who had retired.Based on
