dc.description.abstractPedagogy of hoped in early the development of the concept is intended to those who do not can read and struggle against the dictator.But in progress meaning illiterate is shifting far passing purport long.Shift meaning illiterate is not currently again in inability in reading and writing.Illiterate in the future not a unable to read; but he was a never learned to how learning.This led purport about the need pedagogy of hopes in education and human life. Data or by the british government in 2001 stated that nearly half of teachers who work in public schools run by state ( public schools, force to take the of leave or permission work for four or more weeks because weariness or illness because work .Added again is predicted there are more than 5000 teachers who asked pension every year because health problems and fatigue .This sharp increase from data formerly in 1990 where there is only 2000 of teachers who had retired.Based on data and analysis undertaken by the british government said the issue ended up at lack of hope or loss of hope teachers in educating .It is not impossible that the same thing current or in the future occurred in indonesia .This encourage the need for review of concept and implementation of pedagogy of hopes in the indonesian contextin_ID
