dc.description.abstractThis study analyzed the effect of teachers’ communicat ion skill towards the children’well-being in school. Employing 30 students as the subject of the study, this study utilized two scales namely teachers’ communicat ion skill perception scale and psychological well-being scale. The level of the validity and the reliability of these scale had been tested. The obtained data were analyzed by using linear regression to find out the strengths of the role of teachers’ communicat ion skill towards the students’ well-being. The result showed that significance level (sig.2 tailed) was 0.00 or less than 0.05, it means that the role of teachers’ communicat ion skill affected significant ly towards the children’ well-being. Based on the findings of this study, the teachers shall implement effective and assertive communication,id_ID
