Hubungan Konsumsi Jenis Makanan Kariogenik fengan Kejadian Karies Gigi pada Anak di Sdn Krandon Kudus
Abstract
The Dental caries is a disease that affects children and adults.Causes of dental caries is caused by a factor or interacting components that is a component of teeth and saliva (saliva), components of microorganisms in the mouth that can produce acid through fermentation and make dentalcaries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of consumption of cariogenic foods with the incidence of dental caries in children at SDN Krandon Kudus. The study was descriptif correlative with cross sectional correlative. The population in this study were 78 respondents and samples in this study 44 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling and bivariate analysis using chi square test. The results of the statistical test Chi Square showed no association between the consumption of foods with the incidence of dental caries in SDN Krandon Kudus with chi square test was obtained p value = 0.018 (p <0.05) then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. There is a relationship with the consumption of cariogenic foods incidence of dental caries in children at SDN Krandon Desa Krandon Kudus.
