PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TUNJANGAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOKEN ECONOMY TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEDISIPLINAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR CABANG DINAS P DAN K GANTIWARNO, KLATEN
Abstract
This research aim to study and analysis the difference of officers discipline before
and after economic subsidy given.by token economy method at Dinas P dan K
Gantiwarno, Klaten. The population applied in this research is all officers in offices
which include in Dinas P dan K Gantiwarno,Klaten. They are 301 respondents as
population and 56 respondents are samples used. They are obtained by random
sampling method. The analysis used paired sample t-test to analyze the influence of
subsidy economic on teachers diciplin. The indicators of discipline are obedient to
supervisor, obedient to regulation and timeliness. The result of examination of
hypothesis testing indicate that only 2 variables have significant difference value of
mean variables. Its indicates the token economy system influence the teachers discipline
on obedient to supervisor and timelines. The significant value less than 0.05.
Orderliness variable obedient to regulation doesn’t have an effect on giving of subsidy
economic either before and also after given. Visible the thing from analysis result which
there is no difference t of orderliness to regulation before getting economic subsidy
and also after getting economic subsidy (The significance value is more than 0.05)
