PENGARUH KESIAPAN PEGAWAI MENUJU REMUNERASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine preparation of BPS employees to
remuneration consisting of a variable reward, work discipline, and behavior of
individual employees affect employee performance Connecticut Ex-Surakarta. The
study was conducted in Connecticut Ex Surakarta. The population in this study is
the number of Connecticut employees Ex-Surakarta of 240 people consisting of
elements of leadership and staff. Size of the sample in this study based on a table 142
with the nomogram. Sampling in this study carried out by means Propotionate
Stratified Random Sampling. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear
regression analysis, f test, t test, the coefficient of determination, and the assumption
of classical test (test for normality, test heteroskedastisitas, and test
multicollinearity).The results of this study were: Reward, work discipline, and
individual behavior has positive and significant impact on the performance of
employees in BPS Ex Surakarta.
