dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the profile of teachers based on his competence in child-friendly schools. Type of research is library research. The main sources information is obtained from books, journals and other writings related to the profile of teachers based on the competence required in child-friendly schools.Technic of collecting data by the identifying information of the books, previous research reports, journals, articles, web, or other information. This research uses descriptive analysis method, includes the decomposition of matter suitable object of study then described and analyzed to derive conclusions. The results showed that profile of teachers based on these competence at the child-friendly school is pedagogical, personal, professional, and social, each of which is based on the concept of rights and child protection.in_ID
